To our valued customers
Due to the increase in Covid-19 cases in Nottinghamshire we are implementing some changes to protect the health of our clients and staff
Our crematorium remains open for business and we would like to keep you informed about the additional measures we are adopting during this period
We continue to closely monitor the developing situation with Covid-19 to ensure we are taking all precautions to protect our customers and colleagues alike
Arrival with pets to the crematorium
- Please wait in your car and your pet will be taken to the mortuary by one of our staff
- Members of our staff must wear safety equipment (gloves and face mask). Please do not be offended
- Please do not bring blankets, beds etc on to the premises
- No physical contact between the pet owners and staff whatsoever
- Your instructions and all payment details will be taken by phone before arrival at the crematorium
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash payments at the moment
Collection of ashes
- We will let you know when the ashes are ready for collection
- Please remain in your vehicle and a member of staff will greet you
- Your ashes will be returned in a scatter tube unless other arrangements have been made
- Your beloved pet’s ashes will be placed in the flower bridge gazebo for you to collect
- Please let us know if you wish us to keep your ashes safe until a later date
Home visits
- All details and payments will be taken over the phone
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash payments at the moment
- No physical contact between the pet owners and staff whatsoever
- All blankets, bedding etc must remain with the pet owners
- Our staff will wear safety equipment at all times
Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time
