A STATEMENT FROM RITA, JOHN & SIMON

It is really important for pet owners to ask where your pet’s cremation will take place and how it is being conducted. All our cremations are individual and take place on site.  We do not send your pet away or do group cremations.  Every pet we look after is treated as you request with a personal individual cremation.  The ashes we return are only from your beloved pet.

For those who are not aware, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) recently undertook a market review of the veterinary sector. The report recognised this is a critical market for the UK’s 16 million pet owners. It reflected growing concern at the rapid change in the way veterinary services operate. This includes arranging pet cremations.
